• Mail registration form by August 11, 2011 to ensure delivery by August 13, 2011.
  

• Fill out registration, scan registration and email to mfdconvention2011@comcast.net by August 13, 2011. Ensure the Subject Line states;
  

"[Your Company] Apparatus Registration"

Parade Day:
Registration Check In
Time: 8 a.m. till 11:00 a.m.  
Location:

• Goodwill Fire Company  (North & Front St.)
  

• Apparatus drivers must register as designated drivers and must wear the designated wrist band during and after the parade.
  

Apparatus Judging:
Time: 08:30 - 12:30
Locations:

• Minersvlle High School, High School Lane
  

• All judges will be from out of Schuylkill County
